Order Process:

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Inventory fluctuates rapidly; available items in your order will be processed.
• Confirm color/size substitutions when ordering.

Refunds:

• Refunds provided as store credit minus restocking fees.
• Customers bear return shipping costs.
• No refunds/exchanges for incorrect size orders.
• No returns on group orders, knit suits, clearance items, custom-made items, special order shoes, dyeable shoes, furs, or layaways. All sales are final.

Package Refusal:

• Refused packages incur a 50% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
• Balance issued as store credit.

Store Credit:

• Issued for returns or out-of-stock items.
• Notify us by phone upon receipt of your return.
• Store credit must be used within 30 days via phone orders.

Damaged Items:

• We replace damaged items at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation:

• Cancellations after processing subject to a 40% restocking fee.
• No cancellation for in-stock orders after 24 hours.
• Weekend/holiday orders cancellable by end of next business day (10 AM EST) by phone only.
• Orders shipped follow return policy.

Lay-Away:

• 90-day policy; no refunds for cancellations or non-completion.
• No returns for items held over 90 days.

Prepaid/Back Orders:

• No refunds for prepaid or back-ordered items.

Restocking:

• Unaccepted orders incur a 50% restocking fee plus shipping.
• Wholesale returns also subject to a 50% restocking fee; balance as store credit.

Using Store Credit:

• Must be used within 60-90 days or it will be voided.
